home. The suite we stayed in was spacious and recently remodeled, boasting comfortable beds and an appealing modern design. However, some noise from upstairs guests was noticeable early in the morning, which affected our sleep a bit.

The location felt unsafe, the room had only one lock that didn’t inspire safety, the AC was ineffective, and essential amenities like a mini fridge and microwave were missing despite being advertised!!!

If you're a foodie, you’ll love the nearby dining gems! Subway is just a stone’s throw away at 0.5 km, and for some hearty eats, check out Bill's Take Out at 0.5 km. Also, the bed in our King Room was super comfy, and we appreciated the new AC unit keeping things chill.

The hot water for showers was consistent, and there were plenty of towels available, making for a comfortable experience.

Enjoyed the spacious room with a comfortable king-size bed and clean linens. The new AC unit kept the room cool, and I appreciated having a microwave and beverage fridge available. The hot water for showers was consistent, and there were plenty of towels. However, the floors felt dirty, as my socks got grimy walking around. The noise from the upstairs guests was disruptive early in the morning. Additionally, it would have been better if there were blackout shades at the small windows by the bed for better sleep. Staff were accommodating during the remodel, but the noise and cleanliness issues could be improved for a more relaxing stay.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Avanti. The room was newly remodeled, spacious, and extremely comfortable with a king-size bed. The hot water in the shower was consistent, and I appreciated having multiple towels available. The staff were genuinely kind and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

my stay at avanti was rather disappointing, considering the noise from the street and the absurdly designed bathroom door that didn’t close properly. i simply expected a complimentary welcome gift or some sort of upgrade to brighten my day. i almost gave a good review, but alas, my standards define my experiences.

The staff was incredibly welcoming,,, especially the general manager who helped us with our bags and even suggested some nearby attractions. The newly renovated apartment was really nice,, with smart TVs and comfy furnishings that made us feel right at home.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but I think it was still worth it for the experience.
